hello@futable.org (shared): sent server-side through the Futable Hostinger account via a secure cloud function. No credentials in the browser. Throttled 1/30 s, rate-limited 60/hour per user, every send logged.
My Google account: sent directly from your personal @futable.org Google Workspace account via the Gmail API. Google handles SPF/DKIM automatically — best deliverability. Requires signing out and back in once to grant the gmail.send scope.

All CRM data lives in a shared Supabase database — every change syncs live to all team members. Setup: create a free project at supabase.com → SQL Editor → run supabase_schema.sql → Project Settings → API → copy the two values below → Save all settings.
